Join one of our lifting classes to learn these movements in a safe and effective way, we will help you remove bad technique, avoid injuries, get bigger, meaner & leaner!

If you are new to lifting, don’t be shy, we have a beginners class focusing heavily on developing these lifting techniques from scratch, you’ll be able to take everything you learn in this class away with you and apply them yourself in your future training. You won’t be able to develop any injury causing bad techniques if you are part of this session.
