Tamika La Toya
Tamika has been in the health and fitness industry for 7 years now as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Group Fitness instructor & most recently completed her CrossFit level 1.
She understands the power of proper nutrition to complement a training program and she is driven to help as many humans she crosses paths with to create balance between their body and mind using education & sustainable approaches. Tamika just loves people, she feels blessed to share a part of her client’s journey, helping them draw out their strengths and watch them flourish & grow is such a reward for her.
On a personal level Tamika started Gymnastics at the tender age of 4. At 15 she moved into Kickboxing where she trained on and off for the best part of 8 years & attained her brown belt first black tag in WA. In late 2016 she fell in love with CrossFit & is now an advocate for the sport. Sports, Health & Fitness has always been a massive part of her life.
Her biggest beliefs are that the best medicine in the world is moving your body, training your body, stimulating your mind & deepening your knowledge with education, connection, sleep, rest, nutrition & simply being true to yourself.
