About Gymnastics
Gymnastics is an integral part of the CrossFit curriculum, so don’t worry, at CrossFit Phuket we do not skimp. Oleg, our in house gymnastics specialist has worked all over the world implementing his coaching style and continues to develop our athletes whatever their ability is.
Class Time Frame:
- 60 Minutes
- Work time – 30 minutes
Maximum Number Of People:
- 15 people
Class Level:
- Open to all fitness levels
Class Structure:
- The class set up is broken down into different elements
- Oleg works one each element for a certain period of time ensuring not only understanding but development throughout
- Once Oleg is satisfied with the development of the class, he will move forward to the next element of the class
- The focus will be on control, discipline and technique, not how fast you can perform the movement

Extra Gymnastics Information
Oleg will run through a brief before the class starts explaining the entire session. Following this he will begin with a thorough warm up focusing on having you prepared for all the intricate movements to follow. Each movement will be explained and you will run through the movement with Oleg circulating through the gym providing feedback and cues to help you with the movement.
