These are the classes that will only add to your overall CrossFit game.

You can attend all the CrossFit classes you like, but unfortunately in 1 hour although CrossFit Phuket is amazing, we simply can’t provide you with everything within that one session. These accessory classes are the more specific classes that are somewhat more so deprived and therefore by adding these into your weekly schedule, you will develop a much more well-rounded game.

In a perfect world we would not need rules, sadly we have yet to achieve this end, so here our are Gym & Session rules for training with us. Leave your ego at the door! Be early.
